Yes if your under age you become emancipated if you get married..meaning you become independent and are seen as an adult if you got married before 18.

Your parents can get you emancipated (tired of your shi* and dont want to be responsible for you can your crap) my sister did her 16 year old daughter who couldn't stay out of trouble and didnt want to be liable for her if she was arrested or in auto accident ..........
