How long is Statue of Limitations for perjury against grand jury?

Since Barry Bonds testified in 2003 and the indictment was just handed down this week, November 2007 - EXACTLY how long is the Statue of Limitations? I find the length of time to file an indictment against Barry Bonds for perjury totally unbelievable and unacceptable! DOES ANYONE KNOW?

There is not a statute of limitations in his situation.

The statute is either 10 or 15 years.
