ok so i changed the setting on my computer to some gigantic display
(like 12000 or something)
and now i cant see anything on my monitor
(it says no signal)
anyone know how i would go about resetting it without using safe mode
for some reason it froze on me as well :/

REBOOTING DOES NOT HELP EITHER !!

again il repeat this
reboot doesnt work
safe mode is incapacitated
all i can get to is the bios and such !!

Try using the Windows narrator. This is what is used by people with visual impairments. To access the narrator click Windows logo key+U. It will then read everything off the screen. Press the window key on your keyboard and follow the prompts. Try to get to your control panal and then display settings. Or right click your desktop. It will then read through the prompts.
Other options would be to go to the system properties, using the narator, and delete the display.
Another option would be to swap out your video card, if you have one.

Reboot to safe mode and reset your settings. Hit F5, or F8 to boot to safe mode.

i mentioned this in your other post. Try eithe r VGA mode or "last know good configuration"
