Actually Spam is a violation, feel free to report it

However think about who is doing the Spam. Paulites have already been caught using Spambots, Using stolen CC#'s to donate to his campaign, advertising his campaign on hate web sites and just today a man was arrested for printing his own money with Ron Paul's face on it.

How does Ron Paul respond to each of these issues? "We are aware of the situation, but we have nothing to do with it." basically saying, "I am not doing it but it's OK if others do it in my name."

Some Ron Paul nuts are just that, nuts... they scream about freedom of speech but refuse anyone the right to speak if it opposes them or ther candidate. they also fail to see the unethical way they are promoting the man.

I wish they would block the whole lot of them.

That's stretching things a little. I'm all for enforcing the Community Guidelines and TOS, however a lot of the reporting and violations have gotten out of control lately. Some people are just reporting posts they disagree with. Others are reporting just to get a point advantage like points or being a top contributor is some kind of competition or means something in the real world. All these redundant rabid anti Hillary, government cheese, Carter, and even the Bush is stupid posts are getting annoying and could be considered spam. Rather than report them I just ignore them.

No, let them have their fun. It will be all over when their god doesn't get more than 1 or 2 percent of the vote by the end of February. They'll all be sobbing uncontrollably as they hug their teddy bears. That will be so much fun. When looney guys lose it is fun to see what happens to their followers. Sometimes they simply support another candidate, sometimes they wilt into the woodwork, some even live on to fight another day but not in this election. If they bother you just ignore them. When flamers, trolls, and spammers don't get the rise out of people or the attention they crave they go away.

Nah, the supposedly unbiased political hacks who like to characterize his chances as "zero, zilch, none" without any evidence of that (remember that Bill Clinton was polling at 2% at this same time in the year before his first election), and who want to censor political opinion....these are the people who should be blocked from posting. Nah, let's just not block any opinions on the subject, and let the people decide who's really a "violation". (Hint: it's YOU!)

It's hard to say

Yahoo never has gone strictly by the TOS

I have seen spam on YA politics for years. Like Cafepress advertises here and never gets suspended.

Sure, and you alone should be able to dictate what is and isn't spam depending on if you agree with it or not. *roles eyes
