Players, coaching, what is their problem?

We got rid of Shotty and kept Norv and now we are having serious issues. Typicall of Chargers ownership, just when we have it all (coaching staff & players) they go and start firing and trading to their itty bitty hearts content without regard to how the hell they'll play next season.
I was so p***ed off when Shotty was fired. We had had the best damn season until a last minute choke. so the EFF what? so now we have to deal with a head coach that sucks A.

Where to start, an idiot as GM that chases away a good coach and replaces him with a proven loser. A QB that can't play at this level (another GM move), a team with immense talent underachieving and not playing with emotion. Most people are picking the Chargers under the believe that this disaster cannot continue. And my question is "Is Norvy still coach?" then they will lose another heartbreaking game. Spanos should be very worried as his team is being run into the ground.
