Please explain to me in words that I can understand what could that be or lead to:
fatty liver, hypoechoic nodule 4.5 x 22 x 26 mm in size. there is some through-transmission suggesting this represents a complex cyst or adjacent cysts.

My point/question: is this a cirrhosis type? or cancer type? or Hepatocellular Carcinoma type? or something else?

I appreciate your answer.

Fatty liver can occur if someone is overweight or has some other kind of medical condition such as some kinds of hormone imbalances.

I have the link to a site that may help you find more information. It's at: http://www.WebMD.com

On that site they have messageboards that are run by doctors that may be able to help you out.

Need to know the symptoms that led you to get the test in the first place, but usually a fatty liver with a cyst are not bad things, just need to keep an eye on it. I'm a nurse, if that helps.
