yes. if she has custody of you and you aren't 18, she can place you in an alternative school or whatever.
Here, in NC, she could also have the court declare you an undisciplined juvenile and the court could order you to go in some program, do community service, and be on probation,etc.
I'm glad you don't drink or smoke. You need to work this out with your mother until you turn 18.
