by itself, it's not a suitable answer. but added into one, i don't mind it. It means Laughing my effing azz off. To me it shows that someone found humour in the Q, or in the Answer they're posting. I sometimes write that along with LOL, or ROFL or *tee-hee*.... when i find something really funny. OR so that people understand the sarcasm and that i'm making a joke and not being a snotface. Sometimes it gets annoying, yes, but i think it's better than writing < i am laughing here people!> lol.
