Because you have to ask that question...it is my firm belief that you do not qualify to cast a vote on issues facing this country.

It depends where you live. Each state sets a different date for the Primaries. The most popular is in February. The first is on Jan 3.

There is no election in Virginia today. We voted the first Tuesday of November. Look on your state's election board website. All states have them.
