ps3 is obviously way better than xbox 360
here are my reasons
- ps3 has a built-in blu-ray player
-ps3 supports 1.3 HDMI which has rich colors and xbox supports 1.2 HDMI
- ps3 has much more and better exclusives, most of them cant go to xbox 360 because it cant handle that many data(DVD- 8.5gb, blu-ray 50gb)
- because of the blu-ray's huge space, ps3 will have WAY better graphics than 360
- online is free for ps3 not like 360
- ps3 will have over 300 games released by this spring
- you can browse the internet on ps3, no such thing for xbox 360
- when developers get used to the system, the graphics will be WAY better than 360. should take them a year to get used to it
- developers stated that they will start using ps3 as the lead platform and port ps3 games to xbox
- playstation home is coming out this spring, its a virtual community where you can hang out with friends and customize your own apartment which xbox doesnt have

crap, theres more reasons that ps3 is better- i didnt copy and paste whole thing that i use to answer questions
- ps3 is a true HD console. xbox 360 upscale games to 1080p and ps3 DISPLAY games up to 1080p
- built in Wi-Fi
- xbox 360: 33% hardware failure
ps3: .2% hardware failure(see the decimal? less than 1%!)
- ps3 has better back-comp except the 40gb
- rumble returns in spring 2008
- you can upgrade your harddrive without voiding warranties with any 2.5 HDD, which xbox cant because you have to buy a xbox HDD
(they actually have the step by step on how to upgrade it on playstation.com)

i got your 10 reasons rite here:
NUMBER ONE: HALO 3, CANT BEAT THAT MOFOS
NUMBER TWO: even tho ps3 has better graphics, none of the games so far support even that kind of graphics, even if they did.
NUMBER THREE: it's costly, a ridiculous price fro blu-ray that is barely usable let alone hard to manufacture
NUMBER FOUR: Xbox Live is free, u just gotta know how to work the system. There's soemthing called XBC (xbox connect, which is free xbox live, go google it)
NUMBER 5: HALO 3!!!! whoooo, plus xbox takes up less space than that retarded PS3 bullshyt that's like a vaccum cleaner
NUMBER 6: they stole that motion sensor idea from nintendo...WHO THE HELL STEALS FROM NINTENDO!
PS3 BLOWS HOES!
haha j/m...it's just if u want a PS3, i'd say wait a year or two..it's too high priced and too ridiculous to get one now...
that's y im waiting for the iPhone 2nd Gen.

7 reasons why the Xbox 360 is better than the PS3:
1) Halo 3
2) Xbox Live
3) Downloadable Movies and TV shows via Xbox Live Marketplace
4) Streams media from a Media Center PC.
5) Works with the Zune.
6) It's cheaper if you don't need all the addons.
Other than that, the PS3 is better. I don't hate either the Xbox 360 or the PS3 but they each have their ups and downs.
5 more reasons why the PS3 is better than 360 that you forgot:
1) Officially can run Linux as an operating system.
2) Doesn't have a big power adapter unlike the 360
3) Motion sensing controller
4) It has a 7 core cell processor. The 360 only has a 3 core processor.
5) Built in memory card reader on the 60GB and 80GB models.

1. Not only does it have halo3--Xbox had better games than Ps2, and it's going to have better games than PS3. Who cares if PS3 will have 300 games released---most of them will be crap.
2. Controller is much better--better design. PS3, I think, doesn't have rumble (I don't know if they added that in again)
3. Xbox Live is much better and much more popular than PS3's live option--Xbox has always been the victor in that
4. Cheaper
5. Looks so much better, and who cares about blu-ray? HD-DVD is making a comeback

THIS IS SOOOO EASY, THE PS3 IS BETTER.
PS3 is built by japanese company Sony, japanese companies are always high quality.
360 is built by american company Microsoft, you know how the quality of these products always lag behind japanese products?
Therefore PS3 is like a honda/toyota
While 360 is like a Ford/Chevy
The PS3 is reliable, it doesn't break down easily, can go for long mileage.
The 360 breaks down easily, red rings of death, lots of repairs faster.
The PS3 is strong and sturdy, built in the long run to last at least 10 years.
The 360 is rushed out and built poorly and you will be lucky if it lasts for at least 3 years.
The PS3 is like a Honda, you can swap the transmission(hard drive) easily
The 360 is like a Ford, you can't swap the transmission that easily unless you open it up and make a hassle out of everything.
The PS3 is fully equipped with better a better engine and better things. It has a 8 cell core processor and Blu-Ray Disc player.
The 360 is equipped poorly and have weak HD-DVD for 200 bucks, and a old engine that lags behind the Sony/Honda's i-vtec i4 turbocharged 8 cell core processor engine.

1) WAY less expensive
2) count the games on the shelves
3) HALO didn't come out for PS3
4) 360 was out at least a year before PS3, so any bugs have already been fixed
5) what's so special about blu-ray...if u can afford a ps3 and don't have a dvd player, u might need to get your priorities straight...any ole' $29.99 dvd works well enough....so u can get a HD(or blu ray) dvd player for about $100-200 and an XBOX360 for the price of one PS3....why ruin your PS3 playing dvds? That's the single reason why my PS2 is now a very large paperweight.

1). You are not only getting Xbox 360 - you'll get a built-in frying pan for free.
2). Your gaming CDs are going to have a personal engraving.
3). You'll support local postal services by constantly sending and receiving Xbox from service.
4). You'll support poor Microspot's workers in China by constantly upgrading 360 with exclusive and expensive parts.
5). You'll be able to play Halo for 5 years in a row!

Easy
1. XBox 360 Elite (120GB) = $449 & 2 other less expensive SKU / PS3 (80GB) = $599 & 1 other less expensive SKU
2. XBox 360 Video RAM = Up to 512 MB GDDR3 system RAM (700 MHz) plus 10 MB embedded DRAM (eDRAM) frame buffer / PS3 Video RAM = 256MB GDDR3 (700MHz)
3. XBox 360 HD-DVD = optional add-on allows consumers a choice and does not impact depending on format war outcome / PS3 BluRay = Proprietary format forced on consumer with no option, dangerous if format war ends with HD-DVD becoming industry recognized....death of PS3.
4. XBox 360 storage = 20 GB ror 120 GB removable hard drives / PS3 = 60 GB or 80 GB replaceable hard drive
5. XBox 360 online experience = XBox Live; Pervasive online experience through Xbox Live Silver (FREE), Xbox Live Gold (subscription); includes ability to download full-length movies, TV shows (many in HD format), arcade games. Real time text, voice and video chat, and Windows instant messaging interconnectivity. Friends list, gamer card and achievements. / PS3 online experience = normal no frills p2p connectivity. No community features currently. A community-like service is in the works, but it is on the back of XBL, and 5 years behind the times now having to work around Microsoft copyrights and patents. No competition to XBL.
I could list about 20 more, but it's time to leave the office and play party mode on Halo 3.....oh look, there's #6!

Personally, I love my 360!! Xbox Live is great, downloadable movies and games. Now we have a mini keyboard that attaches to the controller. Oh yeah it didn't break the bank to buy it. And the game selection, way better. Halo, Forza, PGR, need I continue.
