why am I being billed for movies alledgely ordered with my dish network remote?

I was out of town and over $295+ of payperview movies were ordered with the remote and absolutedly no one was here to do that. NO ONE. Dish is relentless in saying that is the only way it happened. No errors or mistakes can result from ordering remotely. I matched the dates and can get get signed, notarized affidavits of my whereabouts and that no one entered my home. But, they will not budge.

Maybe one of your buddies has a key and found the opportunity to watch some free movies.

The fact that you were out can't prove that nobody else was there. (Maybe the landlord ?)

Next time you are out disconnect the set-top box from the phone line..
