How possible is it for things like GHOST, SPIRITS, BIG FOOT and ALIENS to exist?

Why is it that people will believe Aliens exist faster then they will believe God exist's? why is that easier to entertain? I don't get it. Is because Aliens aren't the higher power? I'm guessing. . .

Will we ever find out the answer to all these somew days? which one of these question is more to be answered in the near future?

Do like to keep an open, non-narrowed mineded, mind about the unknown? Is it healthier to be like that intead of being so closed minded?

With faith you believe in something you cannot see.It takes no special intelligence at all to believe in something only if you can see it and touch it. That would be accepting cold hard facts.Mankind does not have all the answers nor will he have all the answers.People may call someone with faith stupid, ignorant or naive.I believe I am blessed to have something to believe in, it gives me hope not only for today but tomorrow.I like to keep an open mind, afterall a closed mind cannot take in new information.Have you tried to put liquid in a jar with the lid still on? Keep in mind just because a person can't prove something is fact or not does not mean it doesn't exist.

From what I've seen zombies have rarely been brought up on here and when they are they receive few answers. The questions about aliens and ghosts a little more popular. Then werewolves above that. I think it could be a toss up between questions about vampires and god. Vampires seem to be a very popular topic and god is a very divided area. Everyone has a strong opinion on whether or not god exists. Many people are not open to new ideas when it comes to discussing god. However, I feel questions about god should not be under mythology & folklore they should be under religion. But once again everyone has their own opinions.

I do not think people necessarily believe more in 'little green men' than in heavenly deities. Look at the world. Traditional religions account for virtually the whole planet population. Sure, there are those who believe there's a Yeti snow-boarding in the Himalayas. Other believe Elvis is given a recital in Centauri A. I guess some people cannot believe in a god as a Creator, so in order to fill the void, and to fill the gap in their understanding and in their lives, they must look for an answer elsewhere.
The primitive man believe in the supernatural forces of nature. As he evolved, so did his perception of the world around him. Nature brought forth deities. Deities begot Gods and religions. Religions were superseded (to some) by technologically-advanced aliens. Aliens themselves, by advanced supra-trascendental forms...
Big foot, sea monsters, et.al. don't necessarily challenge religious believes. They do question science, or men's overall ability to explain more down-to-earth phenomena. But in a world where the mystical seems to elude even the most faithful, a bit of mystery is important to sustain the need for an illusion in an answer we hope to attain; even if such desire is unattainable itself. But it is what gives us hope (faith?) when all other venues yield nothing.
As we evolve, so will our understanding, not only of ourselves, but also the world we live in. The mysteries of the past will be resolved, but new ones will emerge. It is how things play out...

Who is to say God is not an alien????

spirits are our ancestors......so that is easy to believe, if you believe in a soul you believe in spirits

Bigfoot probably did exist at one time and is just carried down in stories so well that some think they still see them...... or it is the ancestor of gigantapithicus. (see cryptozoology)

and YES an open mind is healthier than a closed one.

...................in the beginning humanity created GOD to explain
our own existence.

The power of mythology became the power of THE CHURCH and is so firmly entrenched in most of our minds.

After the separation of church and state in the 16th century, humanity began to search for other meanings for existence.

I believe that anything is possible but we wont find all the answers in our lifetime.
