Does anyone know what the terms "body copy", "white space", "command" and "graphic" mean when they are refering to poster and advertisments. Thanks I need to know for a english test!

body copy
- The text of a piece of print advertising that provides more detailed information than provided by headlines and subheads.

White space -
The area left open in an ad that is not printed over with type or art.

Command - an authoritative direction or instruction to do something

graphic - A visual representation such as a photo, illustration or diagram. A graphic may contain text, but text by itself is not considered a graphic unless it is done in a stylized fashion. In the computer, a graphic is a file such as a JPEG or GIF.
