Another change? I'm confused enough. From what I've read, all the newspapers seemed to agree, along with all the waiters in the bar at the time, that all the friends were at the table, and that when Kate came back screaming, they all jumped up and looked for Madeleine. You make an excellent point, because it contradicts what we've read. Unfortunately, this bit of information was the only bit that all the media agreed on, so we assumed it to be true. I wish she'd make her mind up, because I was confused enough with the egg with hair/faceless man fiasco, and now this makes it even more confusing.

Has any of that group been asked to take a LIE DETECTOR TEST?
If not, why not? Surely, if someone has been officially classed as a suspect, and several witnesses' stories don't agree, then wouldn't a lie-test be obligatoryt?
If they refuse a test, then they should be charged with obstruction of justice, and tried in court for just that.
Then maybe they'd start telling the truth under oath.

hmm helen o maybe it is you that needs a new hobby??... every mccann question i look at you seem to be there with your sad little comments,... if you have nothing to add apart from personal insults, why don't you just keep quiet???

As for the question.. how many times in real life does someone have to lie to you before it sinks in that they are an actual liar?? jane tanner is a joke and she should just shut up.. along with some other people... more harm than good!!

Tanner had to be in a place as part of the fake abduction where she could 'see' the 'abductor' and she could not do that if she was also in the Tapas Bar with the rest of the serial child neglectors . The McCanns and their friends were smart enough to know that much.

ok...i'm no longer able to get my head around the swinger theory. I understand the full swapping companions component (no longer with the aid of adventure) and that i think i can be sure that the adult men might want quite Kate, in spite of the perplexing coldness approximately her. yet Gerry........YUK! different than for Kate, who might intentionally want quite that slimy, arrogant g!t.

Can the Egg man verify this?

Seems like Jane is trying to put distance between herself and the McCanns.

PS - pity she didn't volunteer to mind Maddie if she was going to sit in her appartment all night.

tanner was the middle man between Maddie's parents and the couple they sold Maddie too that's why there is no evidence to be found.
maddie was sold by her parents

She certainly isn't doing the McCann's any favours! If it went to court she would be chucked out as an unreliable witness! I wonder why......

Edit: Was this the link maria?
