why take drugs when you can take nutriants. drugs have negative side effects , nutriants have positive side effects to the original thing you wanted to improve.

Niacin is a B vitamin which helps circulation. thats one of the best nutriants for it. all B vitamins help the nerves, so that helps circulation to have the nerves working well. so as well as niacin a B complex would be helpfull.

Vitamin E helps circulation, together with essetal fatty acids from flax oil, you know omega 3 and 6. also with that lecithin capsules help. those three work best together. Vitamin E , lecithin and flax oil.

then there is garlic but raw garlic is best.

then the easyest is water. water helps thin the blood. drink 8 or more glasses a day. you hear that a lot but how many people do that, hardly any i think. but it scientificaly thins the blood and makes it circulate better.

then exercise is extremly important. it can improve circulation so much.

Cold hands and feet can be due to various conditions that cause the poor circulation.

Low thyroid, high blood pressure, Raynaud's disease, lupus, menopause, heart disease, diabetes, nerve damage are just some of the conditions associated with cold hands and feet.

See your doctor about the problem, get a diagnosis before self treating..

Blood thinners such as fish oil and garlic should help.

Perhaps a web search for "blood thinners" might be useful.
