I need it for a birthday gift for my best friend. She is obsessed with Harry Potter and she wanted quills, parchment and ink. I need to be able to buy it from a store. Can you give a specific store? not just 'stationary shops'. That doesn't help me at all. Her birthday is on the 22nd of November so i need to be able to buy it quickly. ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?!

I think that you can buy them at Joannes Fabric. There's several in Buffalo.
