We all know that the New Orleans Saints were last years, and now who is this years?

By "feel good story of the year" I mean the team that you'd be glad to win the Super Bowl even if your team couldn't. The team that you admire and respect and hope to be successful, inferior to your favorite team.

IMO: Detroit Lions

i think the cleveland browns. they finally have a good quaterback in derek anderson and brady quinn will be good in a few years. also braylon edwards is a beast and their whole team has proven themselves this year. i would have to say they are the most improved team this year.

I have to say the Lions also. They pretty much have been losers for a long time, and appeared to be stuck in mediocrity. Rod Marinelli has worked wonders in changing the mindset of the team, and should be a shoo-in for Coach of the Year.

Browns, after Cleveland was screwed over by the Ravens ownership.
Packers, because Favre is a class act.

well the Lions are my team, so I guess I can't pick them - people seem to like Favre's comeback to playoff contender, so Packers are probably the current one. I would be happy if anyone from that division wins it all and shuts up the others.

The Cleveland Browns. They have a legendary past, but once the Super Bowl era began, they have been nothing but dissapointing, save the Bernie Kosar years.

Definitely the Packers they are turning heads and Brett looks like he is 10 years younger.Maybe HGH who knows but he is getting the job done. Not enough to beat the Pats for the ring though maybe not enough to get by Dallas, but it is a feel good team.

Lions for sure. It is so unexpected. I thought we would lose at least 12 games coming in with how bad the defense looked. I think their defense is the surprise of the year.
