I have a good erection but when normal my penis is just an inch or slightly more... in theatres I see that some men have bigger ones... I am worried about women looking at my penis size before sex... can I really do something to increase the size when normal?

not really, it can temporarily be enlarged by pumps with c--k rings, but it can't surgically be made larger without alot of side effects and severe penile function problems. You can get fat put in it, but it lumps up and moves around. You don't want to fix something that is not broken.
The average penis is roughly 5 - 6.5 inches long. As long as it works and is average, you can learn to use it.

I'm pretty sure women wouldn't mind what it looks like limp...it's what comes after the limp stage that matters! Even then I'm pretty sure most women don't mind. Anyways, there is a procedure that can make it longer...not sure of the name or what it looks like limp, but they make an incision in the gooch area and I suppose pull the penis out more. Have you noticed that if you feel your gooch when hard that there's more in there that just isn't coming out? If not you should it's pretty crazy.

Yes, they do operations for penis enlargements, although I have seen programs on this I honestly can say it is not worth it.
It's ALOT of money for usually less than an inch.

Concentrate on how to work it, instead of how long it is. Trust me, if you can please a girl, she won't care what size you are! (And the ones that do, probably have an STD anyway)
