Mars, Jupiter and Saturn.

They move backward against the stars as Earth catches up with them and passes them.

All of them do. Venus and Mercury are special cases. As they are inside our orbit they appear to move around the Sun, sometimes moving ahead of it, sometimes falling behind. The outer planet show retrograde motion because we orbit faster than they do, so every year we catch up to them nad pass them, at which point they appear to move backwards relative to the stars.
