when i go start control pane and click on users and click change the way the log on or off?

because it is on the quick log on screen i want the normal 1 but it wont let me change it it says that i have installed a program with a file that wont let it change but this happens without me installing anything the computer does it itself how do i get rid of it and change the logon screen to the normal mode oh yer the file is called RtlGina2.dll
