No, the pressure of the water can't do you anything, unless you are using a pressure washer! If your body was that sensitive, you wouldn't be able to have kids....or wear jeans for that matter!
And if you feel you are fixing to reach orgasm, don't stop! After your first one, you will wonder why you stopped before! Yes, it's worth doing!

providing the pressure of water is not too great, its fine. Yes its really worth having an orgasm. When you feel like you need to stop, keep going try to hold the feeling in, then let go

it won't damage the outside of your vagina, but it may push water into your urethra which could cause a UTI. if you do this, make sure you pee immediately afterward. of course having an orgasm is worth doing!! it certainly won't hurt anything.

no, you wont damage anything.
you feel like that because you are stimulating clitoris too much- when its aroused stimulated all around it (not clitoris directly) till you reach orgasm.
