It probably was. Doing Gymnastics is a very common way to break a hymen. (Don't worry about it. You'll be a virgin until you have sex)

yes most likely.
i was a competitive dancer and there were a couple times when id come home with a tiny bit of blood in my underwear. Gymnastics, Dancing and stretching can all rip your hymen.

Yes that would be your hymen breaking, dont worry about it, its fine. You now wont have to worry about it the first time you have sex. You are still a virgin too.

If you did any strenuous activity or stretching you could have ruptured it.
