Yes, you will because most of the food you eat there is not food. The reason you must eat is to feed your body. The breads and sugars at mcdonalds is not nutritional, there for your body is starved. It is the same as eating rice. Yes, your belly gets full, but the rest of your body goes hungry.

Actually, some unknown entity enters me when I'm at McDonald's. I eat and eat and eat. I then cannot move. My husband rolls me out to the car and then puts me to bed. I do wake up hungry though.

No, I just ate about an hour ago at Mc Donald's. had two Filet-0-Fish sandwiches,a medium Fries and two medium Cokes.
I am still full.

Yes. It's becasuse of all the Monosodium Glutamate they put in it (MSG). There is a lot of it in chinese takaway food also, hence the same feeling after.
