I heard an advert on the radio last week that people under the age of 16 can design their own bank cards. I can't remember what bank it was for but probably for Bank of Scotland as it was on a Scottish radio station. Does anyone know what bank this is for and how i can apply?

"Design" is a bit of an over statement .. a lot of banks do a 'personalised' card (photo card, image card etc) ..

You submit a photo (digital image) and they will use it as the background of the card .. Abby National introduced this in 2004 and (at least when it first came out) charge about £5 (see first link below) ... it seems quite popular aboard (second link) ...I don't know about other UK Banks.
