Well they HAVE achieved the lowest rating ever. that's something to shout about.

It has achieved or furthered the idea that our government representatives do not and will not represent the majority of Americans. Most voters were fed up with Bush and republicanism in general because of the war, tax cuts for the rich, and decrease in social spending, and so they voted in a majority of Democrats. What we've seen lately is the dissolution of the separations of power balance, increased government spending in war and controversial international aide, increases in troops in Iraq, etc.--all of which have been done by the condoning and abetting of the executive by the democrats.

Question: what has GWB (aka "the decider") PREVENTED the democrats from achieving?
That list will be longer...and more telling of how little the president truly cares about America.
You could start with SCHIP, then move on from there.

One vote...one lonely little vote, that gets vetoed everytime they step out of line and try to give the people what they voted for.
If you think the US is blaming Democrats alone for the actions of congress you have quite a surprise coming next November.

Nothing, which is good because when it was Republican controlled with a Republican president, our deficit ended up in the trillions. I want all of these idiots to stop wasting my tax money on pork!
