I have small breasts, and one of my "bustier" friends recently told me that she got that way from drinking 3 glasses of milk every day. Is it true?

Milk has nothing to do with breast development. Most is due to heredity. Do the women in your family have small breast? If so...you will probably have small breasts too. Breasts consists mainly of fat. If you gain weight you MAY develope larger breasts...but not necessarily. Learn to accept your body the way it is, for what it is. You are perfect, just the way you are.

That is completely untrue. Weight gain, pregnancy and surgery are the ONLY ways to make them bigger. There are no magic foods, pills, exercises, etc. that will do it.

Breast size mainly depends on genetics. If you female relatives have small breasts, then you probably will too. And you can't change your genes.
