I just turned 14 years old and I'm 5"3. I am so worried about my hieght. I want to be taller. Is there any thing I can do to make myself taller? Please give your valuable advice.

There's absolutely no way to tell if you will get any taller or not, and no, there's nothing you can do.

the only thing you can do to get taller is wait. You will grow naturally. There is nothing you can do to help with your height, that is something that is predetermined by your body and genetic makeup. If your parents are tall, there is a good chance you will be tall, if they are short, then you will probably be short. If one is tall and one is short, you'll be somewhere in between.

Males usually grow till about 21. You can go to www.ahealthyme.com and use the height predictor tool to calculate how tall you may become. Sorry to say nothing can make you grow taller it is all in your DNA.

From what I know males dont stop growing until the age of 18 or 20

You will probably take a huge growing spurt around 16. Guys usually do not totally quit growing until the hit between 20 and 25. ( that includes broadening of the shoulders, ect.) Don't worry about your height, you'll grow. Just eat healthy and excersize plenty. :D

Meanwhile, take as good care of yourself as you can and practice good posture. That way you will look taller than you are even.

Eat your vegetables. And you can't just "make yourself taller" It entirely relies on hereditary traits.

I think men can grow all the way to age 21. You are still so young. Give it time!

It could happen. I was 5'10 at 13. and by the time i was 18 im 5'11 which is my height at 23.
