ive heard of a glitch that changes all of your stats to lvl 77 but i dont remember how it works

There are none. All there is is hackers or cheating other people and you can get reported and booted from the game with either one.
Don't worry about it. You'll just have to learn to play the game properly if you want to play.

There really not any cheats. I master the game so I know it all. What you could do is cheat people. You need to have a million gp. Put it into a trade, so when it shows up it says 1000K. The person offers something of high value maybe not as much as 1 mil because nothing in the game cost that much. You'll probably get like 200k worth of stuff. Before he presses accept change the money to take some money out so it becomes 10004, and he will try to rush the trade thinking he has the better deal. You will get his full rune or anything of high value for 10k.
Oh yeah, just to let you know Mod Tare at below, that was one of my cheats as well. I had a website, people sent me in their username and password, thinking I would help them cheat or make them rich. All they really do is take all the money you got on your account.

There are supposidly a lot of cheats, their all fakes. there are various cheats websites yet all of them will the two ask on your character call & password or deploy some kinda spywear on your workstation and could not probably artwork . everybody who says they might replace your ranges or regardless of is scamming you and could thieve your character. There are autominers and such yet jagex has worked annoying to get rid of them. The addition of random activities and monitoring leaves autominers the two ineffective or banned. you would be smart to easily play the sport because it became ment to be performed. in case you opt for information on something thats a distinctive tale , yet bypass away the cheats on my own....

There are none besides the use of bots which will get you banned & blocked.
Just play the game the way it was ment to be played.
