My daughter is 12 weeks old and I still have not started my period. I'm not breastfeeding, and I've been using condoms when having sex! I'm so freaked out though, cuz shouldnt I have started already?

Nah!, don't worry... I mean, you haven't had a period for nine months, every body is different, don't compare yourself with others. Your best bet and closest indicator is to ask your mom, since your genes are close, but sometimes moms freak you out more, I know it, my mom is one of them... So just relax. It will come when it catches up with events. 6 weeks is indicated after birth to abstain from sex. 12 weeks into it you're fine. If you didn't have any infections yet, then you have no reason to worry.
I have a friend whose period started after 6 months, and she wasn't breastfeeding for more than 3 weeks. Didn't have the patience. Although I am majorly advocating breastfeeding, my period came after 6 months, when the baby was starting to eat solids... But my babies ate (breastfed) like crazy! I breastfed them up to 18 months!
Try to avoid stress, and your period will eventually catch up. I have to tell you that it's not going to be like before, and it may come back after 2 weeks, and it may do some weird stuff like drip one time, and heavy flow after 2 weeks, all this is just part of the process of getting things normalized. You may also skip a month at times, don't freak out, you may need to reassure yourself with a pregnancy test, fine, go ahead, but don't worry, OK?
Patience, and concentrate on your baby, are your best assets.
