I was just wondering...if you see a rubber duck on the side of the road laying on it's side, and it's blue with a green bill, is it considered a curse or a bad omen?

I would have to say NO. I've never heard of the curse of the rubber duck.

if it were yellow with an orange bill it would be a bad omen, but only if it were on it's head. blue with a green bill on it's side is the good luck rubber duck.

The curse of the rubber duck is very well known in the bayou
I would get a rubber shotgun to keep with you.
It is a scarry thing

No at least not yet. & I have never seen a rubber ducky blue w/./ green bill.
if it was one of the devil ones... Then I'd say that one might be a bad omen.
