Hillary's the one who put the pressure on for this very thing not to happen. It came up during the broadcast.
Sure she 'waffled' at the outset of the 'advent' of the idea in the first place. WHO WOULDN'T ??
There's pros and cons to something like this.
Now she's finally decided that it's not the right thing to do. She NEVER really did say that she was fully in favor, she just understood what some state governors were saying.
The governor of New Mexico has done it, and he IS a candidate for the nomination and was on the same stage with the rest of them !!
This was NOT a 'flip-flop' and her original response was tempered by her on tv when she said that it's difficult for anyone to answer an absolute 'yes' or 'no' in a "30-second" time frame in a debate format.
That's MORE than an acceptable response.
'jon c' - you're absolutely right !! Hillary Clinton IS good !! "AND" - she's got the 'stones' to say so !!
It's about - " They're not attacking me because I'm a woman, they're attacking me because I'm ahead" - and AHEAD she should be !!
The rest don't hold a 'candle' to her and there's always Bill - what a pair !! Nirvana, my man !! TWO PRESIDENTS CLINTON IN THE WHITE HOUSE - IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER !!

Rupert Murdoch (owner of Fox news) supports Hillary, raises money for her even. That's a bit suprising on the surface don't you think? In fact, Hillary has already been chosen to be our next president - that's why the media goes so eay on her. Compare her treatment to Ron Paul and you'll see what I'm talking about. The media picks our candidate. The more face time they get = higher poll rating = more time in the debates = more face time in the news = higher in polls - and on and on.
People don't even know why they like Hillary - that's how good our propanda machine is. Her supporters are anti-war yet she voted for the war and most recently voted to label Iran's army a terrorist entity - doesn't sound anti-war to me. But the news seems to be making a big deal about her so......she must be good.

He did ask, and she said simply, "No", she does not support licenses for illegals. Obama and several other candidates stumbled on the question, which was shocking.
I'm an Obama supporter, myself. Hillary did well last night.

she answered it directly... Obama and everyone else beside Kucinich stumbled and fell over the question... it's not a fair question, so nobody would be able to answer it properly.
