I was begining to believe Kitna's prediction was right on target, and then the Lions went back to being the Lions, how in the world does a team managed to get negative yards in rushing,I'm afraid the Lions will come out just a tad short of 10 wins

The Detroit Lions have been on fire, they have a strong chance at getting into the playoffs for sure. If they continue to play like this, no doubt they'll get into the divisional series of the playoffs. I believe Detroit will finish 11-5, losing two more games this season, but yes, Jon Kitna will have a reason to brag.

He forgot to assert 10 minus 6. Lions would be 4-12 or worse like Kansas city. I agree that Kitna desires to pee interior the cup and use somebody else's pattern, he might fail after this remark.

No discernable, sustainable running game, which means the Martz passing attack may lose its edge against the teams the club will be playing in the final seven games...better defenses realize that keeping the passing attack off-balance does not mean the running game can take a game over.
Everything may have peaked offensively and defensively versus a flawed and mediocre Broncos team. Such a nice start to the season, but nine wins is the maximum, with eight being a sure thing (KC and Minnesota should be wins). The schedule gets pretty tough starting this week versus the Giants.

I hope so - what a great story this team is turning into. And to win 10 games in spite of Matt Millan's atrociousness running the team and Kitna proving that guts can take you farther than tallent would just make it that much sweeter. And I'm not even a Detroit fan!!!

Yes they will because they have a great defence to get some balls back that Kitna might have intercepted.. And I think that they will be able to brag about it.. I mean come on did you watch them last year and then how much better they are playing this year no doubt they can brag on this season and how they have performed compared to last year..

I am a Lions fan, so I hope they do win 10.
However, it also means I know the level of crappiness they are capable of. It's a tough call. They've beeen somewhat unpredictable. If the good Lions show up the rest of the way they might just pull it out. If the same ol Lions show up a couple more times? Forget it.

YES!!
Each week they figure out another way to improve them selves. Even in their losses they learned what NOT to do and when they win they learn WHAT to do. By the end of the year they should (and that's a BIG should) have it figured out to a tee! This is a different Lions team then we're used to.
