And what do you eat? Frankly, I skip breakfast a lot due to my intense mornings, but occassionally I might grab an apple or a chewy bar.

Every once in a while i will eat a nutrition bar or some cereal threw the week but very seldomly i normally eat on weekends though

Well, it's really bad for your health to skip breakfast, but I always grab some before leaveing for school. If you are having trouble deciding what to eat, I suggest oatmeal, healthy and delicious. What I usually eat in the morning is an apple and some Cheerios.

I have to eat breakfast, otherwise I feel drained around 8 or 9 in the morning. I don't eat as healthy a breakfast as I would like to usually it is a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich or a bowl of cereal.

I whisk a couple of eggs in a bowl with a fork and mic it for 1.5 mins...eat it on a folded piece of Portuguese bread.
It has protein, some fat, and a few carbs...a good balance to hold me until lunchtime...have some fruit later in the morning before lunch....apples, pears....
The worst thing you could do is get breakfast to go...too many cals. in fast food breakfast.
Most Americans who are overweight are not overweight because they are lazy overeaters. It's because the takeout, fastfood they eat is engineered with way too many cals.
An egg, cheese and bacon bagel is astronically high cal...
the DeLuxe breakfast at McD's is out of this world....would you believe 1200 cals! A person's entire intake for the day is only supposed to be in the 2000 cal range!

I do coffee for breakfast. If I eat right away, I get nauseous, so the majority of the time I do a brunch sort of thing--late breakfast, early lunch. In which case, what I eat just depends on what I'm hungry for. Could be a fruit smoothie, could be a sandwich.

Sometimes I skip breakfast (actually I sleep through it), but when I do eat in the morning, it is usually a small bowl of cereal or toast.

I really do rush out in the morning but I always grab a Slim Fast as I run out the door. I'm skinny and I dont drink it to loose weight however it helps me be more alert at work and not be so hungry by lunch. Its also a great source of protein!

Every day! I usually eat cereal for breakfast! I have to eat breakfast because I have low blood sugar and every meal is important!
