Simple....if me,music or sleeping or shopping....if u've already done all that.....try joking around & talking to ur frens or families (dont talk about the thing that's upseting u)...that always help me...all the best!!!

Music is a really good emotional outlet. There are certain songs I listen to for certain moods. Otherwise it's a case of phoning a friend, talking it through and then putting a good film on. Sometimes though, 150 grams of chocolate and a session online do the trick.

I take my dog Max for a long walk.

Talk to friends and surround myself with people who care about ME.

Drive to the Seaside and spend a day by the Sea.

Get out in the fresh air.

Scrub my Kitchen Floor, good therapy as you can say the floor is what you are feeling and you can scrub away to your hearts content.

Food if I can't find a more proper outlet (my butt can attest to the fact that I haven't found a proper outlet lately. LOL). But sometimes music. Quite often a good cry will do it. Sometimes writing it out. Sometimes curling up and just letting myself feel it. Sometimes calling a friend.

Wow, some all and assorted is heartless. and some all and assorted is amazingly type. hmmm... all i'm able to contribute to those positive solutions is to attend it out. that's type of inevitable that this can take position, so all you may want to do is attempt to get by ability of it. Sleep is a impressive damage out too. in basic terms flow to sleep and dream about Michael. What i do is flow to my imaginary international. and that i keep in mind that that sounds strange notwithstanding it extremely works. It depends on the magnitude of my anger. If I'm just sad, I go into my room and sleep, and when I get up I don't talk to anyone until I feel better. But if I'm truly upset, I punch the walls and threaten people. But it's seldom that my anger reaches that magnitude.

Before you go out and spend money that you will regret spending later, try listening to some music to make yourself feel better. If you like to sing, go for it. Let loose. That kind of thing always works for me.

chocolate, alcohol, a good cry, spending time with my best friend and her baby, or just feel sorry for myself to let it all out in the open. whatever is most comforting at the time.
