The first thing I would do is get a high-security, "hockey-puck" style padlock such as are made by Medeco or Abloy. Use this with a heavy-duty, industrial type hasp. Securely fasten the hasp to the door and the frame. Provide reinforcing material (such as a metal plate) behind the portion of the door where the hasp mounts so that it cannot be pulled loose.
Once you have made the door physically secure, you may want to install a simple alarm. Since you don't have power in the garage, you will have to use something that can operate for an extended period off of batteries.
Install a sign saying "Protected by Security Alarm" (or words to that effect) regardless of whether you have an alarm or not.
Improving the lighting would also be a good idea, but if you don't have a source of power, this could be tough.

Lots of lighting and a very strong padlock or multiple ones...thieves do not like anywhere well lit or making a lot of noise to break into. A simple alarm may work well also to attract attention.

You document a police document and phone your coverage business enterprise. you're able to document it to the owner besides, yet so some distance as insisting they set up cameras on your behalf, do no longer wish too plenty. For despite reason, you have have been given somebody concentrated on you 2, and that's no longer the administration's fault nor their accountability to confirm. they supply parking and are not responsible for what, if something occurs on your vehicle on a similar time as that is parked there, and you'd be certain that your hire includes clauses to that result. With that, you won't be entitled for a sparkling ruin out of your hire the two. Ask the owner if there is obtainable parking on between the top tiers, and if so are you able to change to them. If it occurs lower back, then you definately'll understand somebody is actively searching for out your vehicle. As for what i might do~ We, and by making use of that I advise my husband (whose occasion shouldn't continuously be observed), might the two rig a digital camera set up in the motor vehicle from spar aspects he has laying around, or lay low in the lower back of the motor vehicle for a pair of weeks.

Get a chair in there and sit in it, staying awake all night. Nurse a large rifle or shotgun on your lap. If anyone comes within 50 feet, shout "Get off my property" but shoot them before they have the chance to follow that instruction. As they lie dying on the ground, spit out the chewing tobacco you have been enjoying onto their writhing body and shout "Whoo-hoo, I got one, Maw"
All of this advice is only valid if you live in the land of the free, the good ole US of A.

I've always been a big fan of proximity triggered neutron mines. They'll vaporize anyone who tries to get in, but your stuff will stay safe.
...this method works especially well against 3rd string superheros and henchmen
