No, Reagan had very harsh crittics while in office, but was much more appeciated once his time was done. Bill was popular with some, but never too much after being impeached.

Reagan raided the Social Security trust fund, increased the National Debt, fired the air traffic controllers, and declared ketchup a vegetable for the children's lunch program. He was a lousy President.
