Wondering if anyone does them out of their house, for a much cheaper price, but still have quality?

Ouch, sounds like you want quality work for crap prices! Its gonna be there for life so get it done properly. Im covered in them and only now do I wish I had paid more for decent inkwork.

I'm not sure that a "Home" Tattoo would be cheaper than one at a shop. At the shop, the artist would have all the tools and colors right there. "Home" tattooing is more convenient for you, but then the artist really needs to make sure that he/she has all of the tools needed for your tattoo and that they can reach you at the time you want.
I would ask around and seek out a really great artist, before committing to anything.

You're paying for quality. Never get a tattoo from someone who says he can do it cheap.

and getdown always buy your own needles due to aide and any other type of blood dieases . they cant sterilze them competely . this is what 2 of my brothers have done

well my husband and i live in Idaho and he does tattoo's out of the house and for about half the price as actual tattoo shops..........................
