Are you married, dating or what? Because my answer would be different in the two situations.
If married my answer would consist of this: Kick her out of the kitchen, prepare her favorite meal served with flowers and candle light, soft music playing in the background. After dinner, kick her out of the kitchen again and do the dishes, clean the kitchen. Then take her into the bathroom where you have more candles burning, scented ones. Run a warm bath with bubbles. Undress her slowly and then yourself. Get into the bath and slowly massage her aching muscles. Allow the warm water to put you in the mood. After soaking, touching, kissing and holding for a while dry her off with a fresh towel and take her to the bedroom where you have rose petals strewn all over the bed. Lay her gently on the bed and make long, tender, passionate love to her for several hours. In the morning let her sleep in while you prepare and bring her breakfast in bed. After she eats, make love to her again. She will know how much you love and care for her and that will make her feel special.
If you are dating then take her to her favorite restaurant, romantic. Show up with a single red rose. Have a small special gift for her after you arrive at the restaurant.
Or if your relationship is such you can use the adivce for the married you.
Remember women like the little things, cleaning the house, taking care of the kids (if there are some), giving her a day off from the household chores and letting her go shopping with friends, get her hair or nails done. It's these kinds of things a man can do for his woman that will tell her she is special and loved.

My husband makes me feel special by taking care of the things he knows I dread doing, like the laundry. He also gives me lots of hugs. Every small thing he does makes me feel more special than the large things like flowers and expensive dinners.

Do the things that first attracted her to you. Were they surprise dates? Flowers sent to her work? Basically, do anything that makes her feel like the center of attention. When you walk around, hold her hand or put your arm around her shoulder. Tender touches mean a lot. If you have kids, get a sitter & take her out as a surprise. If she always cooks dinner, get a cool recipe & make her dinner. If she's the one who always cleans, do it for an entire week & don't let her lift a finger.

If you have to ask a question like this I would suggest you make plans to have no contact with a member of the opposite sex for the rest of your life.

Listen to her. Make her feel like the most important person in the room. Express your feelings to her in your own, personal way.

Show her you care. A lot. Show her that she's the most important thing in your world; no, that she IS your world. Don't let her leave the house without knowing how much you long for her return. Don't let her return without letting her know how much you missed her.
