I think the parents of your new grandchild *congrats again* hired someone to secretly body slam you while you were sleeping. They did this because you WON'T GIVE UP THE BABY..
You know exactly what I'm talking about.. "Mom, can I please hold MY BABY sometime today??" They had no choice - they had to do it
Besides - having your parents secretly body slammed for hoarding the baby is a common trend. Now don't tell anyone - but I had to have it done to my parents REPEATEDLY the first few years :P

You are secretly training to fight Mohamed Ali's daughter in a 3 round boxing match and you over extended your follow through on a left hook. you will have to stop training in the gym and do road work untill the doctor gives you clearance to resume working in the gym, I wanted to keep your secret but the question gave me no choice. sorry

Just a guess, while you were sleeping a fairy sprinkled fairy dust on you, and you fell in a awake/asleep state. She grabbed you by that arm (she is a very strong fairy on anabolics) and took you flying to patrol the city. It's a more common happenstance than you would think.
