I check to be sure there's no food stuck in my teeth. And my big one is fearing I'll come out of the bathroom with my skirt tucked up in back. I check more than once on days when I'm wearing a skirt.

Face (eyelashes, spots, food, etc.) Clothing (stains, tears, smells, etc.) Hair (laughability factor.)
The oddest thing I check over and over is the kitchen cabinets. It's like I don't remember what food I bought or that I just looked a little bit ago....

When I fill out checks --have to be sure I did it right and signed it and then check to be sure i sealed the envelope, I have check to be sure I unplugged the curling iron (about 10 times) if i leave the house.

No, compulsively checking issues will never be a stable component. It motives too lots rigidity for it to be efficient. Obsession could be a stable component, yet no longer in many situations. it could make you quite concentrated, stable for scientists...

when im home by myself i always make sure the doors and windows are lock multiple times......and before i go to bed a triple check my door and my sliding glass door and make sure they are both locked i know its weird but im in the back of the house and if something happend no one would know!
