I have seen ghosts. One tried to get me to leave the house he lived in before he died. I have since learned the techniques modern ghost hunters use and have recorded some unexplained phenomena which I consider paranormal.

I'll give you a story.
This happened to me when I was 15 and to this day I still have trouble believing it.

Me brother and me self were always taking the dares that NO ONE else would, and in this particular case that dare was to sleep in the local cemetery which everyone believed to be haunted.
Andrewh and I got our things together and set up our little camp in the middle of the graveyard. About 10 o'clock we went to sleep and no more than 3 hours later I was woken by some noise off to my left near the tree line.
Being persistent and stubborn as I was I went to investigate.
I walked back in the woods roughly 50 yards before I noticed anything weird. Looking at the ground I saw marks that suggested that something was drug through. I followed the trail and came upon a man who was hunched over something in front of him. I was shaken and I couldn't breath. I must have made some noise because he quickly turned around and looked in my direction. The fact that he was covered in blood didn't phase me, nor the fact that he was naked. What got me was that his eyes and tongue looked as though they had been forcible removed. His flesh was decaying and he was coming toward me. Mesmerized and terrified, I stood me ground (due to the fact that sheer terror held me there). He must not have realized that I could see him right away, because he seemed sure of himself as he came closer. But he caught on pretty quick after I started hyperventilating! He rushed forward, grabbed me by the shirt color and pulled my face up next to his.
"HOW CAN YOU SEE ME?!"
I couldn't answer him. He dropped me to the ground and the last I saw of him he was running away.
The next morning I woke to see me brother hovering over me, his face was a pale as knew mine was. I looked around and saw blood covering everything. A bloody hand print was on my shirt where the visitor from the night before had grabbed me. And where he had been hunched down was the dead, half eaten body of a dog.

The only stories I have heard are about highly suggestible, gullible, or just plain stupid people, who either re-tell a second hand story, or have seen something they are unsure of, and in stead of taking the time to investigate further, they make up a story that fits the preconceived notions of their easily beguiled minds.

Due to the frequency this very same question is asked, you may not get the answers you were seeking. I would recommend you search for old questions. It'll save you some points in the future. :)

P.S. Say hi to Gerard for me.
