Are you more likely to complete an online form on a company's website or call them directly?

Online forms is the way for me! I hate the phone systems you need to wade through before you finaly get a real person. Also, with online-you get right to the point, quickly, and most forms are answered very promptly.

Can't say for many but it depends - often a phone call is much more effective. - but that is me...
