Only one.....Damn well the way I am. I can catch and run with the best of them. But im gonna have to say throwing it. I say there is nothing much better than moving your "troops" down the field and throwing that bomb or dart into the endzone for a TD. Just putting it in the bread basket for your team mates to make a play.

I would definatley say catch. Because when you catch a football, it feels like you just accomplished something impresive. Especially when you catch an impossible throw.

I personally, like to catch them better than throw them. Unless you throw one when someone isn't looking, then it can be quite fun.

It depends, I love throwing the football to my grandsons and helping them learn how to catch.
I also love to catch the ball if I'm in a game for the score!
