Theres a can of cleaner you can buy at office stores or WalMart. It sprays out kinda cold hard air and it works great.

Its called DUST OFF PROFESSIONAL
Compressed Gas Duster

WORKS GREAT!

use a can of compressed air. We used to have the same problem with our old keyboard. We did that until liquid was spilled on it, then it became VERY hard to push some buttons. Like another person posted, keyboards are fairly cheap (we got a GE keyboard w/an optical mouse from Walmart for about $25)....so that may be another option as well.

Yes. Just unplug your keyboard from your machine. Then shake the crap out of it. Then use a small screwdriver and gentle ease the keys out of their slots (slide it in the small gaps and lever them out). Just make sure you lay them out in the correct order or take a picture so you know which key goes where.

Then you can wipe the main keyboard parts down with a damp cloth. The keys can get scrubbed in the sink or a bucket of warm water. Don't use anything that contains ammonia or alcohol. Let it dry thoroughly (like overnight, or something) and put the keys back in. Plug it back in and you should be good to go.

If can air doesn't work then the best thing to do when cleaning out anything, keyboard and all on or in a computer is to vaccum it out, I know that sounds crazy but that is what the text book says to do.

Yes you can. I use a dishwasher, after removing the keys first. But remember to set the drying cycle to air dry else you will melt your keyboard.

Yes :) Use compressed air, and you can pop off each key individually using a small sharp object, to dust and clean out underneath.

This may seem far fetched but you can do it this way. Simply remove it from your PC and clean it in the tub or sink with warm soapy warter. Make sure you rinse it good and then set it on end and let it dry over night. Plug it back in and youll be good to go.
