Best: Los Angeles Kings, Phoenix Coyotes, Chicago Blackhawks, Toronto Maple Leafs, Anaheim Ducks, Florida Panthers, NY Islanders, San Jose Sharks, Detroit Red Wings, NY Rangers, Washington Capitals (old and new), Philly Flyers.

Worsed: Atlanta Thrashers, Columbus Jackets, Montreal Canadians (Canadiens), Carolina Hurricanes, New Jersey Devils, St. Louis Blues, Vancouver Canucks, Dallas Stars, Minnesota Wild.

Just my opinion.

Haley, I don't hate you for your opinion, even though you are wrong LOL. Any way. The best logos were/are The Red Wings, Old Coyotes ( i loved the patchwork coyote on the third jersey with the desert bottom) I like the Sens logo and oh yeah the Panthers. The worst were/have been/are the Ducks new logo(major dull), Never cared for the Flyers logo< hate the new Vancouver jerseys(iwant to run up and rip the lettering right off the jersey, (that goes for the new Dallas jerseys too) The islanders fisherman logo should have been a copyright violation with GortonsAnd that yellowish Predator jersey(ugly shade of yellow)

The old Vancouver logo with the hockey stick inside the rectangle is a classic. I've always liked the Islanders logo too.

I think the older logos are better specifically because they can be drawn by a 3-year old.

I remember spending hours in class covering every space of my note paper with little Canadiens' logos.

The newer ones may be designed by better marketers and sell more easily but they can never capture the charm and keep the recognition of the old ones....

and my favorite is... naturally... the Montreal Canadiens' CH logo... Here in Montreal the team is regularly referred to as "Le C.H." which means the logo sure works well

as far as the worst logo, that would be atlanta or the new buffalo logo. the old buff logo was sweet, why did they ever change it....

UPDATE: the minnesota wild silhouette is def a cat -- considering the original expansion name was minnesota wildcats, shortened to minnesota wild

LOL Don't pay attention to LITY; he's too biased for the 'Hawks. I like the Flames' colours: black C with the blood red background. It's a good mix. But hands down has to be the "new" Caps. Total old school...

The worst has to be either Buffalo, San Jose, or Vancouver. I don't know what the hell the Sabres was thinking when they released their new jersey. What the hell is that? It looks like a cross between a lightning bolt and a slug. Lightning slug? The Buffalo Lightning Slug? That's almost as bad as the "Blue Jackets." The Sharks' logo, colours, and design reminds me too much of the Manitoba team (the Moose Jaw was it?); and the Canucks jersey looks like it was designed for "special" people. Yes, we know they're from Vancouver and we don't need the city name on the front of the jersey to let us know.
