You've taken the first step by deciding that you want to give up the grudge. Next, I would ask myself what I get out of holding a grudge (what kind of indirect satisfaction). Then I'd ask myself whether there's another way to get satisfaction that works better.

Just think u r wasting to much energy being mad or holding a grudge. Life is to short. In a few years u might not even remember the whole reason u were even holding that grudge.

what would be the significance of holding on to it?
most people don't know, and wouldn't care if another has a grudge against them. if your able to hang on to a grudge for more than what its worth, its considered "hating" or "jealousy".
grudges are a bad seed planted in the emotional minds of most women because we ANALYZE EVERYTHING. if we just relax, and let the smaller things go by, we can overcome most of these selfish behaviors.
LET IT GO!!!! fill that space with love and care for another; go find another friend. erase this person from the "cool " list , and ignore their existence. this way you can move on and not have to look over YOUR shoulder later on because someone has a GRUDGE against YOU....
(what goes around SURELY and ALWAYS comes back around).

Holding a grudge won't do you any good. Trust me i know that from my own experience. It eats you from the inside. It took me a long time to find it in my heart to forgive him, but from the benefit of the hindsight i know that it is really bad for you. My recipe is to "run", and i mean that literally. Put on your work-out outfit and take a run, or go to the gym. Put all your negative emotions to good use. Trust me it will help and besides, you will look better on the outside too, cause grudge makes people ugly. Good luck!

You should never hold a grudge....it does more damage then you think. If you forgave the person, then work on putting it behind you...if not....forgive and then go on with your life. If you hold too many grudges, you'll only be hurting yourself

When we hold grudges, most of the time we are only hurting OURSELVES!! It typically results in sleepless nights, bad eating habits and overall unmerited headaches. Whoever the grudge is against TALK TO THEM if you can!! Ask for their forgiveness if they have wronged you or vice versa and MOVE ON!! You'll find yourself feeling better and thinking clearer...believe me..it works.

If it is really that big, and based on a good reason, maybe you should remember the crime and keep the grudge going... just to make sure they don't do it again.
