sqrt(200x)/sqrt(10x^-1)

we can use the property of roots, nth root(x)/nth root(y) = nth root(x/y)...

sqrt(200x/(10x^-1))

but x^-1 = 1/x, so...

sqrt(200x/(10/x))

simplifying...

sqrt(200x^2/10)

and reducing 200 by 10...

sqrt(20x^2)
sqrt(4*5*x^2)

and the answer is...

2x sqrt(5)

sqrt(200x)/sqrt(10/x)
= sqrt(200x^2/10)
= sqrt (20x^2) = sqrt(4x^2)*sqrt(5) = 2xsqrt(5)

Note that 1o x^-1 = 10/x
