Well, believe it or not, yes, we all know about stories of couples that this worked for them....but some did not.
To me, it's a risk, I prefer to know the guy personally, his likes and dislikes in situations, it seems to me that when you don't see the real person in front of you, you can get the wrong idea about everything. To me, you have to read that face and body language.
I am happy for people who got lucky by finding a good partner thru the Internet, but I, personally..........I pass.

The internet is just another way to meet people. Just as many end happy and just as many fail, as other means of meeting.

Whether people meet through the internet or some other way makes no difference.

The advantage of the internet is that it is an easy way to meet people, and makes possible meetings between people who might not ever get together.

a lot of internet relationships fail and a lot don't. if it means you dropping everything you have moving to be with someone else, you better be prepared to leave behind what is familiar to you. Some people can do this, some people try and it doesn't work out for them.

I am currently dating a fabulous boy who I met off of Myspace. He had contacted me in a non-crude way (no, "hey babay ur pics are hot etc..) he asked me about my career what I did for fun, etc.. and he was persistent. I dont do online dating, well atleast I didnt, but i checked his profile out, he was my age and live in my town, so we exchanged numbers, and the rest is history! We've been dating seriously for about a month ( i know, not a long time) he is normal, sweet, kind, loves me, and is just a great guy, has a good family life. We are acutally talkin about marriage. So It all depends on the person really.

i do no longer care what honestly all of us says, long distance relationships are plausible. sure, it quite is perplexing because of the area between you and which you cant bodily be with one yet another, yet i'm going to atest to the reality that it may paintings. I honestly have been with my byofriend, whom I met over the internet and easily seen in actual existence two times, for over a three hundred and sixty 5 days and a 0.5 now and we are already plannning a time the place we are in a position to be at the same time for a 0.33 time. It looked impossible interior the beginning up, and its so perplexing no longer being waiting to kiss your lover or carry them or bypass on dates, yet whilst that factor comes whilst youre waiting to be at the same time, it quite is honestly astounding. Please don't be discourage with the aid of what others say, and choose for it. =)

I got married after meeting my husband in skype! However, we rushed into it because of geographical reasons...unsurprisingly it didn't work out. I found out I was in love with a man that didn't really exist, he wasnt the man I thought he was. I dont regret it though and I believe they can work out if u give it enough time to get to know the person.

I think it can work. Met my girl online and it's been two years so far. A friend of mine met their hubby online and they have three kids and married for 2 years now.

It's just too hectic these days to be hunting bars or work can be limiting.
