the cost of keeping prisoners in jail is enormous>can anyone tell me and the British public what percentage of these costly prisoners are, of foreign extract? the opinion I and others have,is, that a person who arrives in this country irrespective from where, who then goes on to commit crimes, are caught ,and found guilty in the courts, should be made to work hard for a period to pay debt to the society who welcomed them to our shores, when that debt is paid they, and the whole of his/her family should then be deported back to their place of origin, this should be mandatory and made clear to all future offenders.

Stand2 what make you think I cannot make comments on this issue which should concern all in the UK. or are you one of those the question is about
I made no comment that is a legal one, merly pointing out it was a Senior Judge that raised the issue.
I assume you can realise the difference. have a nice day.

The simple reason for the state we find our country in today is The human Righte legistation which was passed by our present Labour Government.

Judges are simply applying the Law of the Land as the think it is meant to be applied.

We have the same problem in the good old U.S. but instead of deporting them the elites and judges here prefer to give them citizenship. The logic escapes me.
TO BONSCOTT: Ditto in America. Our judges are mainly left-wing extremists who believe in restorative justice (i.e.probationary releases). These judges are basically political activists. They spend less time enforcing laws and more on personal agendas.
