Probably not much. There are many thousands of such snapshots. If it's a particularly good photo, captures an important historical moment, or includes other important figures (especially Jackie), it might have some value, but it's impossible to say without seeing it.

Maybe worthwhile for someone writing a bio. Other than that it isn't like the recently discovered picture of Lincoln at Gettysburg. So I'd have to say...little to nothing.

Depends on a number of factors.
Primarily whether or not he is clothed.
Also whether or not Jackie is in the photo. Seriously, photos of her are worth more than of him (it's much like Charles and Diana)
